Ovo however have been a nightmare from the beginning. Ive had my account accidentally cancelled, a new one opened then to be told i now had two except one was in the name of a man who stays five minutes away on a different street. All of a sudden since smart meter installation apparently my usage has pretty much doubled. I cannot emphasize enough the incompetence of this company as a whole.
